I purchased this product since it was 179$ the cheapest led tv I came across that was new. You do have to install the bezel comes with good instructions and a screwdriver. The Ocosmo has a one year limited warranty so I recommend buying additional tv coverage. Sound is fine the picture is good , I'm almost 9 months pregnant and had 0 trouble installing and setting up this unit. I would recommend this product they seem to be a decent new tv company. Also the tv is roku ready.
As for people complaining about the sound quality, you can adjust the sound and picture with your remote. I switched the sound to a and found that fixed that problem for me. There are about 4 settings for picture and sound adjustments.
