I gave a one star review previously because the remote didn't work. Evaluated several other units but ended up reordering Benq GP20. It arrived one day ahead of schedule. And it worked flawlessly, remote and all. I love the features of this projector and the picture is really excellent even comparing to other projectors in the 3K lumen range.
